產(chǎn)品描述：
供輸送溫度低于55℃的清水、雨水、海水及污水等。適合于電廠作循環(huán)泵用，也可作鋼鐵廠、船埠等工業(yè)用水、城市供水引水工程和農(nóng)田灌溉等用。
結(jié)構(gòu)說明
1. 安裝方式
單層基礎(chǔ)：電動(dòng)機(jī)與泵直聯(lián)安裝在一個(gè)基礎(chǔ)層上，泵吐出管可布置在泵基礎(chǔ)層之下，也可布置在基礎(chǔ)層之上。
雙層基礎(chǔ)：電動(dòng)機(jī)與泵安裝在各自的基礎(chǔ)層之上，泵吐出管在兩基礎(chǔ)層之間。
2. 泵分為不可抽出式和轉(zhuǎn)子（包括導(dǎo)葉體）或泵整體可抽出式兩種。
3. 泵葉輪分為離心整體葉輪或斜流式整體葉輪，雙金屬整體葉輪和組合葉輪等。
4. 泵的軸向力由電機(jī)的止推軸承承受，也可根據(jù)需要設(shè)計(jì)成由泵本身的止推軸承來承受。
5. 泵的軸承為橡膠（耐磨、耐蝕、耐海水橡膠）導(dǎo)軸承，也有在驅(qū)動(dòng)端（聯(lián)軸器下方）采用滾動(dòng)軸承。泵軸通常設(shè)置護(hù)管，護(hù)管內(nèi)充有潔凈的壓力水，用于導(dǎo)軸承的潤滑和沖洗，壓力水量可有流量繼電器控制以防缺水損壞軸承。
當(dāng)泵用于輸送污水或含有顆粒的水時(shí)，導(dǎo)軸承端設(shè)有停車自動(dòng)軸封裝置，以防停機(jī)后介質(zhì)進(jìn)入軸承內(nèi)。
6. 輸送海水的泵，除采用耐海水電化腐蝕的材料外，還采用動(dòng)電陽極法或外部電源法陰極保護(hù)裝置，以防止泵零件的電化腐蝕。
7. 泵通過剛性或彈性聯(lián)軸器由電機(jī)直接驅(qū)動(dòng)。
8. 泵吸入錐管由通常的喇叭形和改進(jìn)的橢圓形兩種。
