進(jìn)口立式管道離心泵，配有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電機和機械密封，此類產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)與相近類型產(chǎn)品相比，更不易受到泵送液體中雜質(zhì)的影響，產(chǎn)品設(shè)計為頂部可拉出的拆裝形式，其可以在不影響管路系統(tǒng)的情況下，對泵進(jìn)行維修，同時提供加長軸結(jié)構(gòu)和便拆式結(jié)構(gòu)，更換機械密封無需拆卸電機。

設(shè)計特點；
1、采用流體*的食品級環(huán)氧樹脂高溫靜電噴涂技術(shù)對水泵過流部分進(jìn)行涂裝，過流面耐磨，不繡蝕，不結(jié)垢，對水質(zhì)沒有任何影響。
2、水泵驅(qū)動方式，采用電機插入泵軸內(nèi)孔直接驅(qū)動，泵軸與電機較高的同心度，優(yōu)異的葉輪動靜平衡性，保證泵的平穩(wěn)運行。
3、結(jié)構(gòu)新穎*，泵頭獨立組裝，葉輪和泵軸的重力由泵頭的軸承支撐；與傳統(tǒng)水水泵比較，減少電機軸承的負(fù)載，加長電機軸承的壽命。
4、泵大優(yōu)點：可以先安裝泵頭，再裝電機；和泵頭可以分別購買，更大程度降低用戶采購成本；甚至在多年后需要更換較多部件時，直接買新泵頭來自行更換舊泵頭，更經(jīng)濟實惠。
