結(jié)構(gòu)特征
泵為立式結(jié)構(gòu)，進出口口徑相同，且位于同一中心線上，可像閥門一樣安裝于管路之中，外形緊湊美觀、占地面積小，建造投入大大降低。
葉輪直接安裝在電機的加長軸上，軸向尺寸短，泵與軸承配置合理，能有效的平衡泵運轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生的徑向和軸向負(fù)荷，從而保證了泵的運行平穩(wěn)性及振動噪音低等。
軸封為機械密封，且采用硬質(zhì)耐磨合金材料制成，正常使用時間可達(dá)8000 小時以上。
安裝檢修方便，無需拆動管路系統(tǒng)，只要拆下泵聯(lián)體座即可抽出全部轉(zhuǎn)動部件。

大工作壓力≤ 2.5MPa（不同泵型號有所區(qū)別）
吸排介質(zhì)的固體不溶物體積不超過單位體積的0.1%
周圍環(huán)境溫度不超過40℃，海拔高度不超過1000m，相對濕度不超過95%

過流部件材質(zhì)一般為普通灰鑄鐵。
