產(chǎn)品描述：
保溫不銹鋼齒輪泵是為輸送常溫下變稠、凝固或結(jié)晶，而維持一定溫度又容易流動的介質(zhì)而設計的，如瀝青、石蠟、松香、重油、樹脂及性質(zhì)類似的液體，溫度不高于200℃。
該泵的泵體設有循環(huán)夾層，可用于導熱油、蒸氣、熱水、冷水等媒體對輸送的液體和泵進行加熱、保溫及冷卻。泵在停機后，泵內(nèi)介質(zhì)依然能得到融化，使高粘稠介質(zhì)能充滿泵腔，真正起到了輸送高粘稠介質(zhì)的作用。

設計*，主要過流部位均設有空心夾層。
密封多樣，針對不同需求和物料的特性，可選用填料密封和機械密封，并可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場物料特性的加裝密封冷卻套或保溫套。
驅(qū)動馬達多樣性，可采用減速機、調(diào)速電機或皮帶輪等傳動方式，滿足不同物料的特性。
聯(lián)軸器配制多樣化，根據(jù)現(xiàn)場溫度及用戶的要求，采用彈性爪型聯(lián)軸器、彈性柱銷聯(lián)軸器及膜片式聯(lián)軸器（用于高溫）。
