不銹鋼離心泵適用于輸送有一定腐蝕性的液體，清洗系統(tǒng)，食品加工、醫(yī)院衛(wèi)生、污水處理、電鍍漂染、精細化工及環(huán)保工程等，或其它設(shè)備配套使用。

 1、離心泵的選擇及設(shè)備

離心泵應(yīng)該按照所運送的液體進行選擇，并校核需要的功能，分析抽吸，排出條件，是間歇作業(yè)還是連續(xù)作業(yè)等。離心泵一般應(yīng)在或挨近制作廠家規(guī)劃規(guī)矩的壓力和流量條件下作業(yè)。泵設(shè)備時應(yīng)進行以下復(fù)查：

①根底的尺寸，方位，標高應(yīng)符合規(guī)劃要求，地腳螺栓有必要恰當和正確地固定在混凝土地基中，機器不應(yīng)有缺件，損壞或銹蝕等情況；

②根據(jù)泵所運送介質(zhì)的特性，必要時應(yīng)該核對首要零件，軸密封件和墊片的原料；

③泵的找平，找正作業(yè)應(yīng)符合設(shè)備技術(shù)文件的規(guī)矩，若無規(guī)矩時，應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家規(guī)范《機械設(shè)備設(shè)備工程施工及檢驗通用規(guī)范》的規(guī)矩；

④一切與泵體聯(lián)接的管道，管件的設(shè)備以及潤滑油管道的清洗要求應(yīng)符合相關(guān)國家規(guī)范的規(guī)矩。

2、離心泵的運用

離心泵的試作業(yè)應(yīng)符合下列要求：

①驅(qū)動機的轉(zhuǎn)向應(yīng)與泵的轉(zhuǎn)向相同；

②查明管道泵和共軸泵的轉(zhuǎn)向；

③各固定聯(lián)接部位應(yīng)無松動，各潤滑部位加注潤滑劑的規(guī)范和數(shù)量應(yīng)符合設(shè)備技術(shù)文件的規(guī)矩；

④有預(yù)潤滑要求的部位應(yīng)按規(guī)矩進行預(yù)潤滑；

⑤各指示儀表，安全保護設(shè)備均應(yīng)靈敏，準確，牢靠；

⑥盤車應(yīng)靈敏，無異?，F(xiàn)象；

⑦高溫泵在試作業(yè)前應(yīng)進行泵體預(yù)熱，溫度應(yīng)均勻上升，每小時溫升不應(yīng)大于50℃；泵體表面與有作業(yè)介質(zhì)進口的工藝管道的溫差不應(yīng)大于40℃；

⑧設(shè)置消除溫升影響的聯(lián)接設(shè)備，設(shè)置旁路聯(lián)接設(shè)備供給冷卻水源。

離心泵操作時應(yīng)留意以下幾點：

①阻止無水作業(yè)，不要調(diào)節(jié)吸人口來下降排量，阻止在過低的流量下作業(yè)；

②監(jiān)控作業(yè)過程，*阻撓填料箱泄露，更換填料箱時要用新填料；

③確保機械密封有充沛沖刷的水流，水冷軸承阻止運用過量水流；

④潤滑劑不要運用過多；

⑤按舉薦的周期進行檢查。樹立作業(yè)記錄，包含作業(yè)小時數(shù)，填料的調(diào)整和更換，添加潤滑劑及其他保護方法和時刻。對離心泵抽吸和排放壓力，流量，輸入功率，洗液和軸承的溫度以及振動情況都應(yīng)該定時測量記錄。

⑥離心泵的主機是依托大氣壓將低處的水抽到高處的，而大氣壓多只能支撐約10.3m的水柱，所以離心泵的主機脫離水面12米無法作業(yè)。
