進口臥式端吸離心泵結(jié)構(gòu)：
泵的主要零件有泵體、泵蓋、葉輪、軸、雙吸密封環(huán)、軸承和軸承體等。泵體與泵蓋為鑄鐵制成，共同構(gòu)成葉輪的工作室，泵體進、出水法蘭盤上有安裝壓力計和真空計的管螺孔，管徑低處有的管螺孔。葉輪為雙側(cè)進水。其形狀是對稱的，出廠時經(jīng)靜平衡試驗。軸承：本系列泵的結(jié)構(gòu)分甲、乙兩種形式，甲式的采用滾動軸承，用黃油潤滑；乙式采用滑動軸承，用稀油潤滑?？拷?lián)軸器一端的通稱軸承甲部件，另一端稱軸承乙部件由于葉輪是對稱的，其本身就平衡了軸向力，由于制造誤差等產(chǎn)生的殘余軸向力由軸承乙部件中的單列向心軸承平衡。甲式結(jié)構(gòu)的軸承體部件是籍軸承體壓蓋固定在泵體上，由于該壓蓋是裝配后與泵體同時鏜孔，不具備互換性，所以壓蓋損壞后不能更換。軸封：泵的軸封由填料室、填料壓蓋、填料環(huán)、填料套、填料、軸套共同構(gòu)成。泵蓋內(nèi)的少量高壓水通過水封管及填料環(huán)流入填料室中。有些泵沒有外裝水封管，在泵蓋的中開向上有預(yù)先鑄出的兩條溝槽，代替了外裝水封管。填料的松緊程度，以液體能一滴一滴滲出為準(zhǔn)。填料壓得過緊，軸套易發(fā)熱，軸套表面很快就被磨損。泵的傳動是通過彈性聯(lián)軸器由電動機驅(qū)動

（1）.水泵軸承溫度不應(yīng)超過75°C。 

（2）.潤滑軸承用的鈣基黃油數(shù)量應(yīng)以占軸承體空間的1/3-1/2為宜。 

（3）.填料磨損時可適當(dāng)壓緊填料壓蓋，若磨損過多時應(yīng)予更換。 

（4）.運轉(zhuǎn)過程中如發(fā)現(xiàn)噪音或其它不正常的聲音時應(yīng)立即停車，檢查其原因。 

（5）.定期檢查彈性聯(lián)軸器部件，注意電機軸承溫升。
