進(jìn)口塑料磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)泵的密封裝置主要分兩類：

　　一類為靜密封，一類為動(dòng)密封。靜密封通常有墊片密封、O型圈密封、螺紋密封等型式。動(dòng)密封則主要有軟填料密封、油封密封、迷宮密封、螺旋密封、動(dòng)力密封和機(jī)械密封等。

　　1、 O形圈密封

　　化工泵中常用的是橡膠O型圈。由于其形狀十分簡(jiǎn)單，因而制造容易，成本低廉，不論O型圈的整體尺寸有多大，其截面尺寸都很小(只有幾毫米)所以重量輕，消耗材料少，使用方法簡(jiǎn)單，安裝、拆卸方便，更為突出的優(yōu)點(diǎn)還在于O形圈具有良好的密封能力，使用范圍很寬。靜密封工作壓力可達(dá)100MPa以上，動(dòng)密封也可達(dá)30Mpa。適用溫度為-60～200℃，可滿足多種介質(zhì)的使用要求。因此在泵的設(shè)計(jì)中得到越來(lái)越廣泛的應(yīng)用。

　　O形密封圈安裝在溝槽和被密封面之間，有一定壓縮量，由此產(chǎn)生的反彈力給予被密封的光滑面和溝槽底面以初始的壓縮應(yīng)力。從而起到密封作用。當(dāng)被密封的液體壓力增大時(shí)，O形圈的變形也隨之增大，從而傳遞給密封面的壓力也增大，密封的作用也增大。這就是O形密封圈具有良好密封能力的原因。

　　2、墊片密封

　　墊片是離心泵靜密封的基本元件，使用范圍非常廣泛。墊片的選型主要根據(jù)化工泵輸送介質(zhì)、溫度、壓力和腐蝕性等因素決定。

　　3、油封密封

　　是一種自緊式唇狀密封，其結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，尺寸小，成本低廉，維護(hù)方便，阻轉(zhuǎn)矩較小，既能防止介質(zhì)泄漏，也能防止外部塵土和其它有害物質(zhì)侵入，而且對(duì)磨損有一定的補(bǔ)償能力，但不耐高壓，

　　所以一般用在低壓場(chǎng)合的化工泵上。

　　4、螺紋密封

　　在化工泵上一般有兩種形式，一種是螺紋聯(lián)接墊片密封，一種是螺紋加填充濟(jì)密封，二者皆用于小直徑螺紋連接的密封場(chǎng)合。螺紋聯(lián)電動(dòng)隔膜泵接墊片密

封的密封件是墊片，而螺紋只起提供壓緊力的作用。
