進口塑料泵產(chǎn)品描述：
進口氟塑料泵：氟塑料泵具有優(yōu)良的耐腐蝕性，適用于無機酸、堿、鹽溶液和絕大多數(shù)有機介質(zhì)的輸送。在塑料泵中耐溫較高、耐蝕性較好。氟塑料創(chuàng)始于1934年，Schloffer，Scherer發(fā)現(xiàn)聚三氟氯乙烯(PCTFE)。1938年DuPont公司的R.J.P1unkett發(fā)現(xiàn)聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)并于1949年實現(xiàn)工業(yè)化。繼而英國的ICI，德國的Hoechst，的大金工業(yè)，意大利的Montefluos等相繼投產(chǎn)。80年代后各國都增加了生產(chǎn)能力，新品種不斷出現(xiàn)，現(xiàn)有品種20多種，主要的氟塑料品種列下:
聚四氟乙烯(PTFE，簡稱F4 )
聚全氟代乙丙烯(FEP，簡稱F46)
聚三氟氯乙烯(ECTFE，簡稱F3)
聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF，簡稱F2)
聚氟乙烯(PVF，簡稱F1)
偏氟乙烯與三氟氯乙烯共聚物(Kel-F，簡稱F2 3)
偏氟乙烯與四氟乙烯共聚物(фOomph，簡稱F2 4)
偏氟乙烯與六氟丙烯共聚物(vitonA，簡稱F2 6)
三氟氯乙烯與乙烯共聚物(Halar，簡稱F3 0)
四氟乙烯與乙烯共聚物(Tefzel，簡稱F4 0)
偏氟乙烯與六氟異丁烯共聚物(CM-1)

進口耐酸泵如何選型：
- 鹽酸 用泵
常用的鹽酸的較高濃度為38%，所以，鹽酸用泵基本上只要是過流部件材質(zhì)為塑料就行了，但如果從使用壽命、性價比等方面來考慮的話，可以選用FSB氟合金離心泵或CQB-F磁力泵，這二種泵的價格、性能都令人滿意。
2、硫酸 用泵
硫酸用泵分為稀硫酸用泵與濃硫酸用泵，前者可選范圍較大，稀硫酸泵可以選工程塑料泵、陶瓷泵、或F46泵、F26泵，后者(濃硫酸泵)只能選擇氟塑料(F46)泵了，因為濃硫酸會腐蝕普通的工程塑料，而氟塑料則不會被腐蝕。還要注意的是濃硫酸的密度較高，選泵的時候電機功率要注意配大，簡單的算法為“軸功率”*1.84即為輸送濃硫酸時的軸功率。
3、泵
的腐蝕性非常強，建議選用氟塑料磁力泵，(且一定要將該系列泵的陶瓷件換成耐的材料)
4、泵
輸送泵也建議選用氟塑料磁力泵，且橡膠密封圈要換成四氟材質(zhì)的。
