鋁合金氣動(dòng)隔膜泵這種泵的主要特點(diǎn)是不需灌引水，既能抽送流動(dòng)的液體，又能輸送一些是易流動(dòng)的介質(zhì)，吸程高、揚(yáng)程可調(diào)（0-50米）氣源壓力只須大于1kg/cm2即能工作，防火防爆，具有潛水泵、自吸泵、雜質(zhì)泵、屏蔽泵、泥漿泵的一切功能和輸送機(jī)械的許多特點(diǎn)。鋁合金氣動(dòng)隔膜泵是一種新型輸送機(jī)械，是目前國(guó)內(nèi)新穎的一種泵類(lèi)。采用壓縮空氣為動(dòng)力源，對(duì)于各種腐蝕性液體，帶顆粒的液體，高粘度、易揮發(fā)、易燃、劇毒的液體，均能予以抽光吸盡。隔膜泵根據(jù)不同液體介質(zhì)分別采用橡膠、氯丁橡膠、氟橡膠、聚四氟乙烯、聚四六乙烯。以滿足不同用戶(hù)的需要。安置在各種特殊場(chǎng)合，用來(lái)抽送種常規(guī)泵不能抽吸的介質(zhì)，均取得了滿意的效果。

1、以壓縮空氣為動(dòng)力。
2、是一種由膜片往復(fù)變形造成容積變化的容積泵，其工作原理 近似于柱塞泵，由于隔膜泵工作原理的特點(diǎn)，因此隔膜泵具有以 下特點(diǎn)： （1）泵不會(huì)過(guò)熱：壓縮空氣與電機(jī)為動(dòng)力，在排氣時(shí)是一個(gè)膨脹吸熱的 過(guò)程，氣動(dòng)泵工作時(shí)溫度是降低的，無(wú)有害氣體排出。 （2）不會(huì)產(chǎn)生電火花：氣動(dòng)隔膜泵不用電力作動(dòng)力，接地后又防止了靜 電火花。
（3）可以通過(guò)含顆粒液體：因?yàn)槿莘e式工作且進(jìn)口為球閥，所以不容易 被堵。
（4）對(duì)物料的剪切力極低：工作時(shí)事怎么吸進(jìn)怎么吐出，所以對(duì)物料的 攪動(dòng)小，適用于不穩(wěn)定物質(zhì)飛輸送。
（5）流量可調(diào)節(jié)，可以在物料出口處加裝節(jié)流閥來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)流量。
（6）即有自吸的功能。
（7）可以空運(yùn)行，而不會(huì)有危險(xiǎn)。
（8）可以潛水工作
