進口立式軸流混流泵特點
是流量、揚程介于離心泵與軸流泵之間的一種水泵，比離心泵大，但較軸流泵??；揚程比離心泵低，但較軸流泵高；混流泵的效率高而且效率區(qū)較寬；流量變化時，軸功率變化較小，動力機可經(jīng)常處于滿載運行；抗汽蝕性能較好，運行平穩(wěn)，工作范圍廣，在需要小流量的場合可連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)；中、小型臥式混流泵，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，質(zhì)量輕，使用維修方便。它同時具有了離心泵和軸流泵兩方面的優(yōu)點，是一種比較好用的泵型。
混流泵根據(jù)其壓水室的不同，通?？煞譃榕P式和立式兩種。立式混流泵用于大型泵。臥式蝸殼式混流泵的結(jié)構(gòu)與單級單吸離心泵相似，只是其葉輪形狀不同，混流泵葉片出口邊是傾斜的，葉片數(shù)較少，流道寬闊，混流泵的流量一般較離心泵大，其蝸殼體也較大，為了支承穩(wěn)固。
泵的基礎地腳座一般均設在泵體下面，軸承體靠泵體支承。此外，臥式蝸殼式混流泵的密封形式常采用平面密封（又稱軸向密封），即以葉輪上的軸向端面與泵蓋上的相應密封面進行密封。裝配時在蝸殼體與泵蓋或軸承體間墊紙，當軸向間隙增大后，可抽掉紙墊或在葉輪的后蓋板輪轂端面加銅墊片以減小間隙。
導葉式混流泵有立式和臥式兩種，其結(jié)構(gòu)與軸流泵很相似。立式導葉式混流泵構(gòu)造，按葉片角度調(diào)節(jié)方式也可分為固定式、半調(diào)節(jié)式與全調(diào)節(jié)式。與蝸殼式混流泵比較，它的徑向尺寸較小，但水力性能稍差。臥式導葉式混流泵的泵體為水平中開式，安裝、維修都較方便。

⑵大流道葉輪結(jié)構(gòu)能增強長纖維及污物的通過能力，使水泵抗堵塞、防纏繞性能更加顯著。
⑶*的電纜密封，排除了電纜的漏水隱患；雙重、三重機械密封及加裝輔助密封結(jié)構(gòu)，使?jié)撍姍C具有IP68防護等級，F(xiàn)級絕緣等級耐高溫可達135℃。同時電機內(nèi)設有密封泄露、繞組溫升檢測裝置，大大增強了幾組的使用壽命。
⑷潛水混流泵適用于水位變化較大及揚程相對較高的場合例如：城市固定雨污水泵站、工礦船塢的調(diào)載、應急防汛排澇抗旱等。
