進(jìn)口化工軸流泵產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用：
主要用于苯酐、順酐、均酐、丙烯酸、富馬酸、三聚氰胺、制冷劑、鋁鎂行業(yè)等工業(yè)流程，以及橡膠、塑料等行業(yè)輸送鈉鹽、鉀鹽、堿類等易結(jié)晶的高溫液體?；?/span>軸流泵為單級懸臂式結(jié)構(gòu)，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，抗汽蝕性能好，可靠性高。泵設(shè)計壓力10bar，輸送介質(zhì)溫度為 ～+120℃。用于大流量、低揚程蒸發(fā)循環(huán)工位的輸送含有固體顆粒的介質(zhì)，是磷復(fù)肥行業(yè)定點泵型。

進(jìn)口化工軸流泵結(jié)構(gòu)說明

采用導(dǎo)葉體結(jié)構(gòu)，泵抗汽蝕性能好，效率高。    

泵轉(zhuǎn)速低，運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)可靠。

葉輪與葉輪體配合，在輸送磨蝕性物料時，只要更換葉輪和葉輪體即可，從而提高泵體的使用壽命。

可采用直聯(lián)、皮帶或減速機(jī)等傳動方式。

立式軸流泵過流部件選材

可選用CD4MCu 、Cr30、304、304L、316、316L、904L（UB-6）、20#合金等材料。

磷肥行業(yè)閃蒸冷卻工位的葉輪、葉輪體用Cr30材料，泵體用CD4MCu材料。
