進口氟塑料化工泵安裝說明:

1、泵的安裝是否合理，對泵的正常運行和使用壽命有很重要的影響，所以安裝前必須仔細校正，不得草率。
2、必須保證泵在工作時不超過其允許汽蝕余量。泵的吸上高度（或倒灌高度）必須根據(jù)泵的汽蝕余量特性，管路阻力損失特性及高溫水的吸入液面壓力來確定。
泵吸上使用情況下，應(yīng)在吸入管路上裝上底閥，并在出口管路上設(shè)置壤液螺孔或閥門，以供起動前灌泵之用；
泵倒灌使用情況下，應(yīng)在吸入管路上裝上閥門和過濾器，以免雜物進入。
3、吸入和吐出管路應(yīng)該另有支架，不能用泵作支承。
4、安裝泵的地點，應(yīng)便于巡回檢查和檢修。
5、安裝順序
①　將機組放在埋有地腳螺栓的基礎(chǔ)上，在底座和基礎(chǔ)之間放置成對的楔墊作找正之用。
②　松開聯(lián)軸器。用水平儀分別放在泵軸或底座上，通過調(diào)整禊墊，找正機組的水平后，適當(dāng)擰緊地腳螺栓，以防走動。
③　用混凝土灌注底座和地腳螺檢孔。
④　待混凝土干涸后，應(yīng)擰緊地腳螺栓，并重新檢查泵軸的平度。
⑤　在接好管路及確定原動機轉(zhuǎn)動方向以后，接上聯(lián)軸器，再核對一遍軸的同心度，測量聯(lián)軸器的外園上下，左右的差異不得超過0.1mm,兩聯(lián)軸器端面間隙，在一周內(nèi)大和小的間咪差不得超過0.3mm.
⑥　在機組實際運行3 — 4小時后作后檢查，如無不良現(xiàn)象，則認為安裝合格。

2.揚程：裝置系統(tǒng)所需的揚程是選泵的又一重要性能數(shù)據(jù)，一般要用放大5%左右的余量后揚程來選型，但不宜過大，過大的揚程裕度極易導(dǎo)致泵運行時產(chǎn)生氣蝕!同時要分清出口壓力和揚程的關(guān)系。

3.介質(zhì)性質(zhì)：包括介質(zhì)名稱、物理性質(zhì)、化學(xué)性質(zhì)和其它性質(zhì)。物理性質(zhì)有溫度t、密度d、粘度，汽化壓力，介質(zhì)中固體顆粒直徑和氣體的含量等，這涉及到系統(tǒng)的揚程、有效氣蝕余量計算和合適的泵類型;化學(xué)性質(zhì)，主要指液體介質(zhì)的化學(xué)腐蝕性和毒性，是泵選用材料和軸封形式的重要依據(jù)。

4.裝置：系統(tǒng)的管路布置條件指的是送液高度、送液距離、彎頭數(shù)量和送液走向，吸入側(cè)一般低液面，排出側(cè)一般高液面等一些數(shù)據(jù)和管道規(guī)格及其長度、材料、管件規(guī)格、數(shù)量等，以便進行系統(tǒng)揚程計算和氣蝕余量的校核。

5.操作條件：操作條件的內(nèi)容很多，如液體的汽化壓力、吸入側(cè)壓力(一般對)、排出側(cè)容器壓力、海拔高度、環(huán)境溫度、操作是間隙的還是連續(xù)的，泵的位置是固定的還是可移動的
