進口單級單吸離心泵結(jié)構(gòu)說明：
葉輪
葉輪是離心泵的主要零件。葉輪的形狀和尺寸是通過水力計算來決定的。選擇葉輪材料時，除了要考慮離心力作用下的機械強度外，還有考慮材料的耐磨和耐腐蝕性能。目前多數(shù)葉輪采用鑄鐵、鑄鋼和青銅之城。
葉輪一般可分為單吸式葉輪和雙吸式葉輪兩種。單吸式葉輪是單邊吸水，葉輪的前蓋板與后蓋板呈不對稱狀。雙吸式葉輪兩邊吸水，葉輪蓋板呈對稱狀，一般大流量離心泵多數(shù)采用雙吸式葉輪。
葉輪按其蓋板情況又可分為封閉式葉輪、敞開式葉輪和半開式葉輪三種形式。但凡具有兩個蓋板的葉輪稱為封閉式葉輪，這種葉輪應(yīng)用。如果只有后蓋板沒有前蓋板，稱為半開式葉輪一般在抽升含懸浮物的污水泵種，為了避免堵塞，有時會采用半開式或全開式葉輪，這種葉輪特點是葉片少，一般僅2~5片。
二、進口單級單吸離心泵泵軸
泵軸是用了旋轉(zhuǎn)葉輪的，常用材料是碳素鋼和不銹鋼。泵軸應(yīng)有足夠的抗妞強度和足夠的剛度，其橈度不超過允許值；工作轉(zhuǎn)速不能接近產(chǎn)生共振現(xiàn)象的臨界轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)。葉輪和軸用鍵來聯(lián)結(jié)。鍵是轉(zhuǎn)動體之間的連接件。離心泵中一般采用平鍵，這種鍵只能傳動扭矩而不能固定葉輪的軸向位置，在大、中型水泵中葉輪的軸向位置通常采用軸套和并緊軸套惡化螺母來定位的。
三、進口單級單吸離心泵泵殼
離心泵的泵殼通常鑄成蝸殼形，其過水部分要求有良好的水力條件。葉輪工作時，沿蝸殼的漸擴斷面上，流量是逐步增大，為減少水力損失，在水泵設(shè)計中應(yīng)使沿蝸殼漸擴斷面流動的水流速度是一常數(shù)。水由蝸殼排出后，經(jīng)錐形擴散管而流入壓水管中。蝸殼上錐形擴散管的作用是降低水流的速度，使流速水頭的一部分轉(zhuǎn)化為壓力水頭。
泵殼的材料選擇，除了考慮介質(zhì)對過流部分的腐蝕和磨損以外，還應(yīng)該使殼體具有作為耐壓容器的足夠的機械強度。
四.泵座
泵座上與與底板或基礎(chǔ)固定用的法蘭孔。泵殼頂上設(shè)有充水喝放氣的螺孔，以便在水泵啟動前用來充水及排走泵殼內(nèi)的空氣。在水泵吸水和壓水椎管的法蘭孔，開設(shè)有安裝真空表和壓力表的測壓螺孔。在泵殼的底部設(shè)有放水螺孔，以便在水泵停車檢修時用來放空積水。另外，在泵座的橫向槽底開設(shè)有泄水螺孔以便隨時排走由填料盒內(nèi)流出的滲漏水滴。所有這些螺孔，如果在水泵運動中暫時無用時，可以用帶螺紋的絲堵栓緊。
