進口充氮泵產(chǎn)品描述：

充氮泵、氮氣增壓泵、氮氣充填泵采用單氣控非平衡氣體分配閥來實現(xiàn)泵的往復(fù)運動，通過大活塞推動 小活塞的原理，使被增壓氮氣按一定比例增壓。通過調(diào)節(jié)驅(qū)動空氣的壓力，即可以實現(xiàn)輸出壓力的無級調(diào)節(jié)。 此系列充氮泵為單作用泵，帶有排氣冷卻系統(tǒng)。

進口充氮泵設(shè)備特點

1，充氮泵全部采用鋁合金及不銹鋼制造，所有接觸被增壓氮氣部分金屬均為不銹鋼材質(zhì)，全部密封件 均為進口優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品。 2，采用壓縮空氣驅(qū)動，不需要任何電源，大設(shè)計驅(qū)動氣壓為10bar，為了保證泵的壽命建議驅(qū)動氣壓 <8bar。 3，該系列泵的驅(qū)動活塞直徑為160mm，被驅(qū)動活塞直徑大小決定被增壓氮氣的增壓倍數(shù)。 4，隨著輸出壓力增大，泵的往復(fù)工作的速度逐漸減慢直到停止，進入無損保壓狀態(tài)。此時不再消耗能量，也 無零件工作磨損。如果出氣口氮氣由于用氣等原因壓力降低，泵自動開始工作進行補壓。 5，充氮泵重量20KG左右，攜帶方便，適用于充氮車不方便到達或經(jīng)常移動的場合。
