進口液下渣漿泵產(chǎn)品描述：
液下渣漿泵為立式離心渣漿泵，浸入液下，用于輸送磨蝕性、粗顆粒、高濃度渣漿。不需要任何軸封和軸封水，在吸入量不足的工況下也能正常工作。
泵過流部件由耐磨金屬制成。
泵浸入液下的零部件均帶橡膠外襯，適用于輸送無棱角的磨蝕性渣漿。
根據(jù)渣漿池液面的高低，可選擇不同長度的泵傳動軸或吸入管。
采用多種速度和多種變型方式，使得泵在工況下運行，使用壽命長，運行效益高，能滿足多類惡劣的輸送條件。

主要適用于輸送腐蝕性、粗顆粒、高濃度渣漿。廣泛地應(yīng)用于冶金、礦山、煤炭、電力、建材、環(huán)保等部門。
進口液下渣漿泵結(jié)構(gòu)安裝型式：
泵是立式離心渣漿泵，泵入口垂直向下，出口在泵的另一側(cè)垂直向上。泵主要由下濾綱、泵體、葉輪、軸、護板、支架等零件組成，泵上部有軸承支承；泵安裝在液下，不要任何軸封，過流部件采用耐磨材料。
該型泵的傳動型式為兩種，即皮帶傳動和直聯(lián)傳動。浸入液下的深度在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)尺寸范圍內(nèi)可根據(jù)用戶的實際需要而定。從泵吸入口方向看為逆時針旋轉(zhuǎn)。
