特別耐磨損，泵腔寬大，進(jìn)出口無堵塞，介質(zhì)在泵內(nèi)的輸送距離短； 高硬度襯板設(shè)計(jì)，激光硬化或鍍碳化硅 寬大的轉(zhuǎn)子設(shè)計(jì)，轉(zhuǎn)子特殊耐磨材料，NBR橡膠，和飛機(jī)輪胎是同一材質(zhì)，延長轉(zhuǎn)子壽命 軟—硬配合的過流腔體設(shè)計(jì)保證了泵的耐磨性。 針對介質(zhì)的碾磨性凸輪泵提供四面全襯板保護(hù)。此設(shè)計(jì)下的泵壁不與介質(zhì)直接接觸，任何狀態(tài)的磨損均可由更換襯板而實(shí)現(xiàn)再修復(fù)。 凸輪泵的軸密封為無需維護(hù)的單機(jī)械密封；兩個機(jī)械密封均浸泡在潤滑油中（不可用油脂潤滑）。對于磨蝕性強(qiáng)的介質(zhì)，密封面SIC/SIC材質(zhì)可選。 同時，凸輪泵設(shè)計(jì)有一個中間隔離腔， 中間隔離腔充滿潤滑油，既可以起到潤滑作用（潤滑機(jī)械密封以及轉(zhuǎn)子與軸的連接裝置）；又能監(jiān)測機(jī)械密封的狀態(tài)是否良好（機(jī)械 油會在壓力下由螺旋孔溢出）。 提供機(jī)械密封沖洗系統(tǒng)：
