立式斜流泵是一種大流量低揚(yáng)程產(chǎn)品，適用于石油化工、港口碼頭、海洋平臺(tái)、電廠、市政建筑、鋼鐵冶金等。可以用來(lái)輸送55℃以下的清水、雨水、鐵皮坑水、污水以及海水等介質(zhì)，流量范圍600-70000m³/h，揚(yáng)程范圍4-70m。特殊設(shè)計(jì)的輸送介質(zhì)溫度可達(dá)150℃。

進(jìn)口立式斜流泵結(jié)構(gòu)說(shuō)明

1、泵為立式單級(jí)（多級(jí)）離心式或斜流式帶導(dǎo)葉體結(jié)構(gòu)。

2、泵的結(jié)構(gòu)型式有泵吐出口在安裝基礎(chǔ)之上和之下、泵承受軸向力和電機(jī)承受軸向力、外接潤(rùn)滑水和泵自身潤(rùn)滑等形式。

3、泵安裝型式*采用濕坑式安裝，也可采用干坑式安裝。濕坑式安裝：泵下部浸沒(méi)在吸水池中。干坑式安裝：泵采用管道進(jìn)水，泵吸入喇叭口與進(jìn)水管道之間采用90°肘形進(jìn)水彎管聯(lián)接。

4、泵軸承為一般為耐磨橡膠，還可以采用賽龍、石墨、錫青銅及陶瓷等其它材料。

5、泵轉(zhuǎn)子一般為不可抽形式；泵軸向水推力及轉(zhuǎn)子重量一般*由泵本體推力軸承承受，泵和電機(jī)之間采用彈性聯(lián)接；泵吐出口位于安裝面基礎(chǔ)之上如有要求，也可以由電機(jī)承受軸向水推力及轉(zhuǎn)子重量；或其它結(jié)構(gòu)形式的組合;用戶如有要求，也可以設(shè)計(jì)成可抽式結(jié)構(gòu)形式，但型號(hào)相對(duì)目錄上有變動(dòng)。

6、泵本體承受軸向水推力及轉(zhuǎn)子重量時(shí)，泵采用產(chǎn)品循環(huán)潤(rùn)滑軸承裝置，除具有透氣、防水、測(cè)溫(PT100)、加油、油位顯示及冷卻等功能外，還具有油位自動(dòng)循環(huán)的淋浴潤(rùn)滑功能?？蛇_(dá)到在環(huán)境溫度為40℃時(shí)，軸承的指示溫度不超過(guò)65℃，潤(rùn)滑效果好，軸承發(fā)熱少，使用壽命長(zhǎng)。

7、泵軸向密封采用填料密封。

8、主軸聯(lián)接采用哈夫聯(lián)軸器或套筒聯(lián)軸器，可靠性高，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，對(duì)接容易、拆裝方便，定位準(zhǔn)確可靠；

9、在泵安裝基礎(chǔ)上可以進(jìn)行葉輪與喇叭口或葉輪室（轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部分與靜止部分）之間間隙的調(diào)整，操作方便。

10、從吐出方向往泵看，電機(jī)接線盒與泵外接潤(rùn)滑水接管位于左側(cè)。也可根據(jù)用戶要求，布置在其它方位。
