進(jìn)口立式多級(jí)離心泵主要特點(diǎn)

1.立式結(jié)構(gòu)，進(jìn)出口法蘭在同一中心線上，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，占地面積小，安裝方便。

2.立式結(jié)構(gòu)泵采用集裝式結(jié)構(gòu)的機(jī)械密封，使安裝維護(hù)操作更安全、方便，并確保密封的可靠性。

3.立式泵的電機(jī)軸與泵軸通過聯(lián)軸器直接連接。

4.臥式泵配加長(zhǎng)軸電機(jī)，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,安裝維護(hù)操作簡(jiǎn)單方便。

5.過流部件均采用不銹鋼材質(zhì)，不污染介質(zhì)且保證使用壽命長(zhǎng)、外形美觀。

6.噪聲低，振動(dòng)小。采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì)，通用性好。                  

進(jìn)口立式多級(jí)離心泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)條件

a.環(huán)境溫度+40℃，超過+40℃以上的環(huán)境，或者電機(jī)被安裝在海拔1000m以上，電機(jī)輸出功率會(huì)降低，在這種情況下，須選用更高輸出功率的電機(jī)。

b.適用介質(zhì)溫度在-15℃～+120℃范圍內(nèi)，稀薄清潔且不含固體顆粒或纖維的液體.

四、注意事項(xiàng)

1.    立式泵下部進(jìn)出水段上的箭頭顯示了介質(zhì)的流動(dòng)方向，安裝時(shí)按箭頭所示連接泵的進(jìn)出口。

2.    臥式泵介質(zhì)的流動(dòng)方向?yàn)閭?cè)進(jìn)，上出。

3.    為確保電機(jī)能充分冷卻，安裝位置必須保持空氣流通，并嚴(yán)禁電機(jī)倒放以

及在電機(jī)上覆蓋物品。

4.    安裝管路時(shí)，要防止管路中積存空氣，特別是在泵的吸入端。

5.    泵兩側(cè)加裝閘閥，有利于清潔維修。

6.    必要時(shí)，立式泵的電機(jī)接線盒的位置可依0°、90°、270°方向調(diào)整：

a.    卸下聯(lián)軸器罩，不要拆聯(lián)軸器；

b.    卸下固定電機(jī)的螺栓；

c.    轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)電機(jī)至需要的方向；

d.    轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)聯(lián)軸器，調(diào)整電機(jī)使泵軸沒有卡滯及轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)不均勻現(xiàn)象；

e.    擰緊固定電機(jī)的螺栓，裝上聯(lián)軸器罩。

7.    電機(jī)上的起吊螺栓孔不能用于整臺(tái)泵的起吊，整臺(tái)泵的起吊必須用鋼帶或其它類似的方式在電機(jī)座處起吊。
