井用潛水泵是電機(jī)與水泵直聯(lián)潛入水中工作的提水機(jī)具,它適用于從深井提取地下水,也可用于河流、水庫、水渠等提水工程:主要用于農(nóng)田灌溉及高原山區(qū)的人畜用水,亦可供城市、工廠、鐵路、礦山、工地供排水使用。  

進(jìn)口不銹鋼深井潛水泵特點：   

1.電機(jī)、水泵體,潛入水中運(yùn)行,安全可靠。   

2.對井管、揚(yáng)水管無特殊要求(即:鋼管井、灰管井、土井等均可使用;在壓力許可下,鋼管、膠管、塑料管等均可作揚(yáng)水管使用)。

4.結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,節(jié)省原材料。 潛水電泵使用的條件是否合適,管理得當(dāng)與使用壽命有直接的關(guān)系。

深井潛水泵可以從深井提取地下水，也可用于河流、水庫、水渠等提水工程：主要用于農(nóng)田灌溉及高原山區(qū)的人畜用水，亦可供城市、工廠、鐵路、礦山、工地供排水使用，

深井潛水泵開泵前，吸入管和泵內(nèi)必須充滿液體。開泵后，葉輪高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，其中的液體隨著葉片一起旋轉(zhuǎn)，在離心力的作用下，飛離葉輪向外射出，射出的液體在泵殼擴(kuò)散室內(nèi)速度逐漸變慢，壓力逐漸增加，然后從泵出口，排出管流出。此時，在葉片中心處由于液體被甩向周圍而形成既沒有空氣又沒有液體的真空低壓區(qū)，液池中的液體在池面大氣壓的作用下，經(jīng)吸入管流入泵內(nèi)，液體就是這樣連續(xù)不斷地從液池中被抽吸上來又連續(xù)不斷地從排出管流出。

電泵在使用前，應(yīng)用兆歐表檢查電機(jī)絕緣電阻，其低值不能小于5兆歐。檢查方法是將兆歐表上的一個接線柱接在電泵電纜線上，另一接線柱接在電機(jī)外殼上，搖動兆歐表，觀察絕緣電阻值。檢查潛水電纜有地開裂、擦傷等現(xiàn)象，如有損壞應(yīng)及時調(diào)換，以防漏電。水浸電機(jī)應(yīng)打開灌水螺栓，灌滿潔凈的清水后擰緊螺栓，再潛入水中。油浸電機(jī)如發(fā)現(xiàn)漏油，應(yīng)更換密封元件后再潛入水中。

電泵潛入水中前，應(yīng)向泵內(nèi)灌滿清水，空轉(zhuǎn)1-2秒鐘，并啟動2次，檢查空轉(zhuǎn)和啟動是否正常。如果轉(zhuǎn)向相反，將兩相接線調(diào)換后即可。檢查揚(yáng)水管有無裂紋，連接是否牢固。電泵在潛入水中或吊起時，不得拉動電纜，以免電纜損壞或接頭處斷開。電源電壓應(yīng)控制在不大于或小于額定電壓的5%范圍內(nèi)，如果電壓過高或過低都會損壞電機(jī)。電泵潛入水中應(yīng)垂直，不得斜放。電泵不得輸送含沙量較多的水或泥漿。水浸電機(jī)應(yīng)經(jīng)常清理電機(jī)腔內(nèi)的沙粒，更換電機(jī)腔內(nèi)的清水。泵實際揚(yáng)程應(yīng)在0.8-1倍額定揚(yáng)程內(nèi)。這樣可提高電泵工作效率，節(jié)電，避免電機(jī)超負(fù)荷作業(yè)，延長使用壽命。電泵用后，應(yīng)清洗干凈，在金屬表面涂油防銹，并豎直放在干燥處保管。水浸電機(jī)還應(yīng)放凈電機(jī)內(nèi)的清水。
