蒸汽過濾器于高溫蒸汽凈化過濾，是高精度氣體終端過濾的配套過濾器，也可用于其他高溫氣體。廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工、食品、制藥、紡織、冶金、煤炭、電子、航空等行業(yè)。過濾器結(jié)構(gòu)多樣，分立式、回轉(zhuǎn)式、盤式等，其殼體為全不銹鋼精密制造，配備高溫氣體濾芯：聚四氟乙烯粉末燒結(jié)棒、鈦合金粉末燒結(jié)棒或不銹鋼纖維燒結(jié)氈等，能安全有效地濾除蒸汽中的雜質(zhì)，保護(hù)和延長高精度終端過濾器的使用壽命。其中由鈦合金粉末燒結(jié)而成的鈦棒濾芯、平板濾盤等，由于其可滲透性，作為深層過濾元件，其特點(diǎn)是強(qiáng)度高、可焊接和切割，抗熱振性、耐熱性、耐蝕性好，經(jīng)清洗可反復(fù)使用。

316不銹鋼衛(wèi)生級殼體，內(nèi)外經(jīng)高精度機(jī)械拋光，配上特制的殼體鎖定套環(huán)，耐壓達(dá)到1.0MPa。
2）采用精制鈦真空燒結(jié)微孔濾芯，快裝式結(jié)構(gòu)，適用于蒸汽的深層過濾，可耐溫300℃，精度1μ，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型分1μ、3μ、25μ三種。
3）*食品生化飲料啤酒醫(yī)藥電子等行業(yè)的工藝需要，并保護(hù)除菌過濾器、殺菌釜及后管路不被雜質(zhì)所阻塞及污染。
4）低阻力、低能耗、超長使用壽命、流通能力強(qiáng)，濾芯使用超聲波清洗機(jī)或洗滌劑可清洗再生，也可采用壓縮空氣反吹來清洗。
