隔膜閥是一種特殊形式的截?cái)嚅y，它的啟閉件是一塊用軟質(zhì)材料制成的隔膜，把閥體內(nèi)腔與閥蓋內(nèi)腔及驅(qū)動(dòng)部件隔開(kāi)。隔膜把下部閥體內(nèi)腔與上部閥蓋內(nèi)腔隔開(kāi)，使位于隔膜上方的閥桿、閥瓣等零件不受介質(zhì)腐蝕，省去了填料密封結(jié)構(gòu)，且不會(huì)產(chǎn)生介質(zhì)外漏。以壓縮空氣為動(dòng)力帶動(dòng)傳動(dòng)螺桿，使閥芯上下運(yùn)動(dòng)，同時(shí)拉動(dòng)膜片上下運(yùn)動(dòng)使其關(guān)閉和打開(kāi)。

The diaphragm valves made of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), rigid polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) and other materials have the characteristics of light weight, non-toxic, non-polluting, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance, high mechanical strength, non-leakage sealing, sensitive operation, convenient disassembly and assembly, and optional flow regulation. Diaphragm valve is a special type of cut-off valve. Its opening and closing parts are a diaphragm made of soft material, which separates the inner chamber of valve body from the inner chamber of valve cover and driving parts. The diaphragm separates the inner chamber of the lower valve body from the inner chamber of the upper valve cover, so that the parts such as the stem and disc above the diaphragm are not corroded by the medium, thus eliminating the packing sealing structure and producing no leakage of the medium. The drive screw is driven by compressed air, which makes the valve core move up and down, and pulls the diaphragm up and down to close and open.

1.適用于腐蝕介質(zhì)的輸送及截流、流量的調(diào)節(jié)，根據(jù)材質(zhì)不同使用溫度-14℃～100℃、-40℃～140℃。 2.過(guò)流部件彩RPP或PVDF注塑件組裝而成，耐腐蝕性能優(yōu)良，操作方便，體量輕，能代替不銹鋼閥門(mén)。 3.密封件膜片采用F46或PFA制造，耐折次數(shù)≥1200次，耐腐蝕性能與F4相當(dāng)。 4.采用螺桿升降結(jié)構(gòu)，啟閉力矩大，平穩(wěn)性好。
安裝說(shuō)明：
1.兩端法蘭與管路連接時(shí)，要均勻擰緊螺栓，防止法蘭變形，造成泄漏。 2.順時(shí)針?lè)较蛐直鸀殛P(guān)閉，反之開(kāi)啟。 3.根據(jù)指示器位置可判斷開(kāi)啟程度。

突出特點(diǎn)是隔膜把下部閥體內(nèi)腔與上部閥蓋內(nèi)腔隔開(kāi)，使位于隔膜上方的閥桿、閥瓣等零件不受介質(zhì)腐蝕，省去了填料密封結(jié)構(gòu)，且不會(huì)產(chǎn)生介質(zhì)外漏
1、采用橡膠或塑料等軟質(zhì)密封制作的隔膜，密封性較好。由于隔膜為易損件，應(yīng)視介質(zhì)特性而定期更換。
2、受隔膜材料限制，隔膜閥適用于低壓和溫度相對(duì)不高的場(chǎng)合。
3、隔膜閥按結(jié)構(gòu)形式可分為：屋式、直流式、截止式、直通式、閘板式和直角式六種；連接形式通常為法蘭連接；按驅(qū)動(dòng)方式可分為手動(dòng)、電動(dòng)和氣動(dòng)三種，其中氣動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)又分為常開(kāi)式、常閉式和往復(fù)式三種。
4.一般不宜用于溫度高于60度及輸送有機(jī)溶劑和強(qiáng)氧化介質(zhì)的管路中，也不宜在較高壓力的管路中使用
