【進口可調(diào)式氣體減壓閥】安裝注意事項：
1.為了操作和維護方便，該蒸汽減壓閥一般直立安裝在水平管道上，橫向安裝須特別說明。
2.安裝時應注意使管路中介質的流向與蒸汽減壓閥閥體上所示箭頭的方向*。
3.為了防止蒸汽減壓閥閥后壓力超壓，應在離閥出口不少于4M處安裝一個安全閥
空氣減壓閥可能的故障原因：
1、霜凍損壞，在寒冷地區(qū)應注意保溫。
2、水流方向裝錯，減壓閥變成止回閥，出口壓力為0。
3、彈簧擰得太緊，無法關閉，減壓閥將直通P2=P1。
4、旁通管漏水，使P2偏離設定值，鑒于本減壓閥*的可靠性和耐久性，建議不安裝亮度通管為宜。
【進口可調(diào)式氣體減壓閥】調(diào)壓步驟：
1、關閉減壓閥前的閘閥，開啟減壓閥后的閘閥，制造下游低壓環(huán)境；將調(diào)節(jié)螺釘按逆時針旋轉*位置（相對低出口壓力），然后關閉減壓閥后閘閥。
2、慢慢開啟減壓閥前的閘閥至全開。
3、順時針慢慢旋轉調(diào)節(jié)螺釘，將出口壓力調(diào)至所需要的壓力（以閥后表壓為準）；調(diào)整好后，將鎖緊。
4、螺母鎖緊打開減壓閥后閘閥。
5、如在調(diào)整時出口壓力高于設定壓力，須從*步開始重新調(diào)整，即只能從低壓向高壓調(diào)。
