【進口浮球式疏水閥】工作原理：
1、此閥外形尺寸較大，適用于較大背壓力且不會泄漏蒸汽，排出的凝結水是接近蒸汽壓力的飽和水，故有利于提高本閥門的設備熱效率和二次蒸汽利用的節(jié)能特點。
2、該閥隨著凝結水液面上升，當浮球升到距罩蓋底平面403mm時，閥門全開使冷凝結水大量排入水箱。當浮球下降113毫米后，閥門全關，冷凝水不能流出，使浮球穩(wěn)定的限制在113-403毫米的空間范圍內變化，從而使閥門達到只能排放空氣和水及高溫冷凝水，而阻止蒸汽泄漏的*性。
3、本閥是利用凝結水液位的變化而使浮球上升和下降，也可以手柄操作，從而驅動下部的啟閉裝置，開啟和關閉，實現排水阻氣的功能

自由浮球式疏水閥的結構簡單，內部只有一個活動部件精細研磨的不銹鋼空心浮球，既是浮子又是啟閉件，無易損零件，使用壽命很長，疏水閥內部帶有自動排空氣裝置，非常靈敏，能自動排空氣，工作質量高。 設備剛啟動工作時，管道內的空氣經過自動排空氣裝置排出，低溫凝結水進入疏水閥內，凝結水的液位上升，浮球上升，閥門開啟，凝結水迅速排出，蒸汽很快進入設備，設備迅速升溫，自動排空氣裝置的感溫液體膨脹，自動排空氣裝置關閉。疏水閥開始正常工作，浮球隨凝結水液位升降，阻汽排水。自由浮球式疏水閥的閥座總處于液位以下，形成水封，無蒸汽泄漏，節(jié)能效果好。小工作壓力0.01Mpa，從0.01Mpa至zui高使用壓力范圍之內不受溫度和工作壓力波動的影響，連續(xù)排水。能排飽和溫度凝結水，小過冷度為0℃，加熱設備里不存水，能使加熱設備達到*換熱效率。背壓率大于85%，是生產工藝加熱設備理想的疏水閥之一。
