【進口氨氣截止閥】工作原理：
氨氣閥門的高壓腔與鋼瓶連接，低壓腔為氣體出口，并通往使用系統(tǒng)。高壓表的示值為鋼瓶內(nèi)貯存氣體的壓力。低壓表的出口壓力可由調(diào)節(jié)螺桿控制。使用時先打開鋼瓶總開關，然后順時針轉動低壓表壓力調(diào)節(jié)螺桿，使其壓縮主彈簧并傳動薄膜、彈簧墊塊和頂桿而將活門打開。這樣進口的高壓氣體由高壓室經(jīng)節(jié)流減壓后進入低壓室，并經(jīng)出口通往工作系統(tǒng)。轉動調(diào)節(jié)螺桿，改變活門開啟的高度，從而調(diào)節(jié)高壓氣體的通過量并達到所需的壓力值。氨用截止閥都裝有安全閥。它是保護氨氣減壓閥并使之安全使用的裝置，也是氨氣減壓閥出現(xiàn)故障的信號裝置。如果由于活門墊、活門損壞或由于其它原因，導致出口壓力自行上升并超過一定許可值時，安全閥會自動打開排氣。
The high pressure chamber of the ammonia valve is connected with the cylinder. The low pressure chamber is the gas outlet and leads to the service system. The pressure gauge indicates the pressure of the stored gas in the cylinder. The outlet pressure of low pressure meter can be controlled by adjusting screw. When in use, the cylinder main switch is opened first, and then the pressure regulating screw of the low pressure gauge is rotated clockwise to compress the main spring and drive the film, spring cushion block and ejector rod to open the valve. The imported high-pressure gas enters the low-pressure chamber through throttling and decompression, and passes through the outlet to the working system. Rotate the adjusting screw to change the opening height of the valve, so as to adjust the passing amount of high-pressure gas and achieve the required pressure value. Ammonia globe valves are equipped with safety valves. It is a device to protect the ammonia pressure reducing valve and make it safe to use. It is also a signal device for the failure of the ammonia pressure reducing valve. If the outlet pressure rises spontaneously and exceeds a certain allowable value due to valve mat, valve damage or other reasons, the relief valve will automatically open the exhaust.
