二氧化碳混合機(jī)主要用途與特點(diǎn)
QHS 型飲料混合機(jī)1-20T/H,勝于生產(chǎn)各種含氣飲料,(水、糖漿、CO2 氣體)的碳酸化和比例混合,如檸檬、可樂等汽水,是飲料生產(chǎn)線成套設(shè)備中的主要設(shè)備。(特別是中、高檔飲料生產(chǎn)的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備。)
1、本機(jī)采用了噴射器添加二氧化碳,一氧化碳添充采用文丘里噴射器,噴射器可以一直保持恒定的流量,可以保證恒定的流動(dòng)狀態(tài)。其氣液傳質(zhì)面積大、阻力損失小、效率高、能耗低、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,并且采用了性能可靠、噪聲小的多級(jí)混合泵,其啟動(dòng)和停止由成品罐上浮球液位控制器來控制,使整機(jī)性能得到保障。
2、混合比例精確,易于調(diào)整,本機(jī)不需要更換零部件,就可以方便地調(diào)整產(chǎn)量及糖漿與水的比例。飲料水和稀糖漿水經(jīng)帶刻度的手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥配比后進(jìn)入混合罐,因水罐、糖罐處于同一高度,并且壓力相等,為此進(jìn)入混合罐的混合比可以保持穩(wěn)定,并且在進(jìn)入混合罐前在混合器中得到充分混合,飲料混合比可以得到保證。
3、在脫氣罐處,由于真空泵的作用,使霧狀噴射進(jìn)脫氣罐的水中溶解氣體的壓力較水表面的壓力大,所以使溶解水中90%以上的氧釋放出來。二氧化碳混合機(jī)
4、本機(jī)采用板式換熱器進(jìn)行冷卻,當(dāng)飲料水和稀糖漿水經(jīng)帶到刻度的手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥配比進(jìn)入混合罐后,混合泵升壓后進(jìn)入板式換熱器,使飲料水和稀糖漿水充分混合,同時(shí)利用板式換熱器固有的特性,在另一邊通過冰水,使稀糖漿水和飲料水混合的同時(shí),能降低溫度,提高碳化效果。在進(jìn)入板式換熱器之前,也可適當(dāng)加些CO2氣體,以使糖、水、氣有較好的混合效果。
5、本機(jī)可方便地調(diào)整含氣量,根據(jù)飲料含氣量的要求,通過適當(dāng)操作調(diào)整完成。
6、本機(jī)設(shè)置完善的自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng),具有動(dòng)作協(xié)調(diào)、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,生產(chǎn)連續(xù)、自動(dòng)化程度高的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

Main Applications & Features:
QHS beverage mixer 1-20T/H is applied for carbonation and proportion mixing of various gas beverages (water, syrup, and CO2), such as lemon and Cola. It is the main equipment among the complete equipment of beverage production line (especially the key equipment producing middle-and top-level beverage).
1. The machine adopts injector for the addition of CO2 and Venturi injector for CO2. The injector can keep constant flow all the time and ensure stationary flowing situation. Besides large area of gas quid mass transfer, small resistance loss, high efficiency, low energy consumption, and simple structure, it adopts the multi-stage mixing pump with reliable performance and low noise. The start/stop controlled by the floating ball liquid level controller on finish cans guarantees the performance of the whole machine.
2. The mixing proportion is accurate and easy for adjustment. With no need of parts replacement, the machine can realize the quick output adjustment and the proportion of syrup and water. The beverage water and thin syrup enter mixing tank after proportioning of the manual adjusting valve with scale. As the water tank and sugar tank are of the same height and pressure, the proportion within the mixing tank remain stable. Prior to access to the mixing tank, they are fully mixed in the mixer; the beverage mixing ratio can be ensured.
3. In the degassing tank, the vacuum pump makes the pressure of dissolved gas in water sprayed into the tank as mist higher than that on the water surface, thus releasing above 90% of O2 from the dissolved water.
4. The machine adopts the plate heat exchanger for cooling. When the beverage water and thin syrup enter mixing tank through the manual adjusting valve with scale, the mixing pump enters the plate heat exchanger after pressure lifting, fully mixing the beverage water and thin syrup. At the same time, making use of the inherent feature of plate heat exchanger, ice water is added on the other side, not only mixing the beverage water and thin syrup, but also reducing temperature and improving carbonation effect. Before entry, appropriate CO2 can be added for a better blend of sugar, water and gas.
5. The machine is convenient to adjust the gas content. According to the requirements of beverage gas content, the adjustment can be done through proper operation.
6. The machine has perfect automatic control system, featured by coordinate action, simple structure, continuous production, and high automation.
7. The machine is fitted with an in-place cleaning technique flow with reasonable structure, convenient for CIP cleaning and in compliance with Food Hygiene Law.
