YJV-3.6/6KV-1*300高壓電纜執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn):
GB/T12706.1-2002~ GB/T12706.3-2002《 額定電壓1kV( Um=1.2 kV)到35kV( Um=40.5 kV) 擠包絕緣電力電纜》,也可按用戶需要, 采用電工委員會IEC60502-1997標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)。
YJV-3.6/6KV-1*300高壓電纜結(jié)構(gòu):
導(dǎo)體:導(dǎo)體符合GB/T 3956和IEC 60840的規(guī)定,導(dǎo)體銅單線應(yīng)采用GB/T 3953中TR型圓銅線表面應(yīng)光滑、圓整、無油污、無損傷屏蔽及絕緣的毛刺、無銳邊以及凸起或斷裂的單線。
絕緣:主絕緣選用交聯(lián)聚乙烯料,半導(dǎo)電屏蔽料采用超光滑交聯(lián)型材料,絕緣料和半導(dǎo)電料從生產(chǎn)之日到使用不應(yīng)超過半年,絕緣的平均厚度不小于絕緣標(biāo)稱厚度,任意點(diǎn)zui小厚度不小于標(biāo)稱厚度的 95%(tmin≥0.95tn),絕緣偏心度應(yīng)符合下式規(guī)定:
式中 tmax——絕緣zui大厚度,mm;
tmin——絕緣zui小厚度,mm;
tn ——絕緣標(biāo)稱厚度,mm。
護(hù)套:電纜外護(hù)套任意點(diǎn)zui小測量厚度不小于標(biāo)稱厚度的90%。
電纜外護(hù)套材料為聚氯乙烯或聚乙烯,外護(hù)套應(yīng)牢固包覆在金屬護(hù)套上,外護(hù)套其他性能應(yīng)符合 GB/T 2952中的相應(yīng)規(guī)定。
外護(hù)套應(yīng)有導(dǎo)電層,導(dǎo)電層應(yīng)均勻、光滑、牢固、不脫落,在敷設(shè)和*運(yùn)行條件下應(yīng)牢固包覆在絕緣外護(hù)套上。
產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn):
1、 電纜導(dǎo)體的允許*zui高工作溫度為90℃。
2、 短路時( zui長持續(xù)時間不超過5秒) 電纜導(dǎo)體的zui高溫度不超過250℃。
3、 電纜敷設(shè)時的環(huán)境溫度不得低于0℃。
4、電纜的zui小彎曲半徑:三芯電纜不小于電纜外徑的15倍;單芯電纜不小于電纜外徑的20倍。
5、 電纜的工頻額定電壓U0/U為0.6/1kV~26/35kV。U0: 電纜設(shè)計(jì)用的導(dǎo)體對地或金屬屏蔽之間的額定工頻電壓, 稱相電壓;U: 電纜設(shè)計(jì)用的導(dǎo)體間的額定工頻電壓, 稱線電壓;
Um: 設(shè)備可承受的“ zui高系統(tǒng)電壓”的zui大值。
6、具有優(yōu)異的電氣性能、 機(jī)械性能、 耐熱老化性能、 耐環(huán)境應(yīng)力和耐化學(xué)腐蝕性能的能力,而且結(jié)構(gòu)簡單, 重量輕, 不受敷設(shè)落差限制, *工作溫度高( 90℃) 等特點(diǎn)。
