小型實(shí)驗(yàn)室滅菌機(jī)

一、概    述：
    實(shí)驗(yàn)型管式殺菌機(jī)是專門針對(duì)各大學(xué)院校的實(shí)驗(yàn)室及生產(chǎn)單位的研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)為獲取試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)而制作的管式殺菌機(jī)，集加熱、殺菌、熱回收、冷卻為一體、充分模擬生產(chǎn)車間的實(shí)際生產(chǎn)狀況、真實(shí)地反映生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)于實(shí)驗(yàn)室。

二、功能配置：
    管式殺菌機(jī)適用產(chǎn)品：牛奶、果汁、調(diào)味品、添加劑、茶飲料、啤酒等其他飲料及各種類似的熱敏性液體進(jìn)行均質(zhì)處理及巴氏殺菌、高溫殺菌、超高溫殺菌等各種工藝處理。
管式殺菌機(jī)配置觸摸屏、PLC程序控制，對(duì)產(chǎn)品的溫度、流量等各種參數(shù)進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)反映，操作簡(jiǎn)便、靈活，具備CIP清洗功能，回流閥動(dòng)作高溫報(bào)警，低溫回流(自動(dòng))

Ⅰ.Introduction

Laboratory sterilizer is a kind of tubular type sterilizer specifically for university or research and development institution production test or getting useful data. It combined heating,sterilizer and hot recycle,compley simulate real production workshop. Can be equipped with homogenizer or aseptic room etc.

Tubular type sterilizer equipped with touch screen,PLC program control, dynamically reflect the product temperature,flow rate etc. Flexible operation, with the CIP cleaning function, reflux valve movement over temperature alarm, low temperature auto back flow.
