先導閥是為操縱其他閥或元件中的控制機構(gòu),而使用的輔助閥。
先導閥的共同特點
1)與固定液阻組成先導控制液橋,根據(jù)輸入信號對主閥或次級閥或變量杠進行控制;
2)首級先導閥的流量一般都只在1升/分左右,zui大3升/分。二級先導閥流量就要根據(jù)實際需要決定。
3)輸入信號都比較??;
4)可以接受多種輸入方式,如手動、電動、液動、氣動、機械凸輪、電比例等;
5)在變量泵控制等情況,多種先導閥形成模塊化結(jié)構(gòu),多種功能取舍方便;
6)先導閥本身往往就是一種小規(guī)格控制閥,多為壓力控制閥。
比例閥采用閥芯+閥體結(jié)構(gòu)。伺服閥和伺服比例閥主要應(yīng)用在閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng),比例閥的驅(qū)動裝置是比例電磁鐵。
伺服閥的驅(qū)動裝置是力馬達或力矩馬達.閥體兼作閥套。
驅(qū)動裝置不同.所以近些年出現(xiàn)了比例伺服閥。
比例閥一般zui高幾十Hz,伺服閥中位沒有死區(qū),伺服閥對液壓油液的要求更高.性能參數(shù)不同;否則容易堵塞,
用來控制流量和流向,比例閥要求低一些.比例閥有中位死區(qū);
比例閥和伺服閥的區(qū)別主要體現(xiàn)在以下幾點:
逐漸向伺服閥靠近,
比例換向閥屬于比例閥的一種,滯環(huán)、中位死區(qū)、頻寬、過濾精度等特性不同.閥的額定壓降不同;比例換向閥具有與普通換向閥相似的中位機能,
而比例伺服閥性能介于伺服閥和比例閥之間,因此應(yīng)用場合不同,伺服閥和伺服比例閥采用閥芯+閥套的結(jié)構(gòu)。中位機能種類不同.其它結(jié)構(gòu)的比例閥主要應(yīng)用在開環(huán)控系統(tǒng)及閉環(huán)速度控制系統(tǒng);因為比例閥的性能越來越好;2伺服閥的頻響(響應(yīng)頻率)更高。閥芯結(jié)構(gòu)及加工精度不同.伺服閥與比例閥之間的差別并沒有嚴格的規(guī)定。

電磁閥是用電磁的效應(yīng)進行控制,主要的控制方式由繼電器控制。這樣,電磁閥可以配合不同的電路來實現(xiàn)預(yù)期的控制,而控制的精度和靈活性都能夠保證。
電磁閥的主要特點
(1)外漏堵絕,內(nèi)漏易控,使用安全。內(nèi)外泄漏是危及安全的要素。其它自控閥通常將閥桿伸出,由電動、氣動、液動執(zhí)行機構(gòu)控制閥芯的轉(zhuǎn)動或移動。這都要解決*動作閥桿動密封的外泄漏難題;唯有電磁閥是用電磁力作用于密封在隔磁套管內(nèi)的鐵芯完成,不存在動密封,所以外漏易堵絕。電動閥力矩控制不易,容易產(chǎn)生內(nèi)漏,甚至拉斷閥桿頭部;電磁閥的結(jié)構(gòu)型式容易控制內(nèi)泄漏,直至降為零。所以,電磁閥使用特別安全,尤其適用于腐蝕性、有毒或高低溫的介質(zhì)。
(2)系統(tǒng)簡單,便接電腦,價格低謙。電磁閥本身結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,價格也低,比起調(diào)節(jié)閥等其它種類執(zhí)行器易于安裝維護。更顯著的是所組成的自控系統(tǒng)簡單得多,價格要低得多。由于電磁閥是開關(guān)信號控制,與工控計算機連接十分方便。在當今電腦普及,價格大幅下降的時代,電磁閥的優(yōu)勢就更加明顯。
(3)動作快遞,功率微小,外形輕巧。電磁閥響應(yīng)時間可以短至幾個毫秒,即使是先導式電磁閥也可以控制在幾十毫秒內(nèi)。由于自成回路,比之其它自控閥反應(yīng)更靈敏。設(shè)計得當?shù)碾姶砰y線圈功率消耗很低,屬節(jié)能產(chǎn)品;還可做到只需觸發(fā)動作,自動保持閥位,平時一點也不耗電。電磁閥外形尺寸小,既節(jié)省空間,又輕巧美觀。
(4)調(diào)節(jié)精度受限,適用介質(zhì)受限。電磁閥通常只有開關(guān)兩種狀態(tài),閥芯只能處于兩個極限位置,不能連續(xù)調(diào)節(jié),(力圖突破的新構(gòu)思不少,但還都處于試驗試用階段)所以調(diào)節(jié)精度還受到一定限制。電磁閥對介質(zhì)潔凈度有較高要求,含顆粒狀的介質(zhì)不能適用,如屬雜質(zhì)須先濾去。另外,粘稠狀介質(zhì)不能適用,而且,特定的產(chǎn)品適用的介質(zhì)粘度范圍相對較窄。
(5)型號多樣,用途廣泛。電磁閥雖有先天不足,優(yōu)點仍十分突出,所以就設(shè)計成多種多樣的產(chǎn)品,滿足各種不同的需求,用途極為廣泛。電磁閥技術(shù)的進步也都是圍繞著如何克服先天不足,如何更好地發(fā)揮固有優(yōu)勢而展開。
