用來控制流量和流向,比例閥要求低一些.比例閥有中位死區(qū);
比例閥和伺服閥的區(qū)別主要體現(xiàn)在以下幾點:
逐漸向伺服閥靠近,
比例換向閥屬于比例閥的一種,滯環(huán)、中位死區(qū)、頻寬、過濾精度等特性不同.閥的額定壓降不同;比例換向閥具有與普通換向閥相似的中位機能,
而比例伺服閥性能介于伺服閥和比例閥之間,因此應(yīng)用場合不同,伺服閥和伺服比例閥采用閥芯+閥套的結(jié)構(gòu)。中位機能種類不同.其它結(jié)構(gòu)的比例閥主要應(yīng)用在開環(huán)控系統(tǒng)及閉環(huán)速度控制系統(tǒng);因為比例閥的性能越來越好;2伺服閥的頻響(響應(yīng)頻率)更高。閥芯結(jié)構(gòu)及加工精度不同.伺服閥與比例閥之間的差別并沒有嚴格的規(guī)定。

力士樂齒輪泵 齒輪泵是依靠泵缸與嚙合齒輪間所形成的工作容積變化和移動來輸送液體或使之增壓的回轉(zhuǎn)泵。由兩個齒輪、泵體與前后蓋組成兩個封閉空間,當齒輪轉(zhuǎn)動時,齒輪脫開側(cè)的空間的體積從小變大,形成真空,將液體吸入,齒輪嚙合側(cè)的空間的體積從大變小,而將液體擠入管路中去。吸入腔與排出腔是靠兩個齒輪的嚙合線來隔開的。齒輪泵的排出口的壓力*取決于泵出處阻力的大小。
zui基本形式就是兩個尺寸相同的齒輪在一個緊密配合的殼體內(nèi)相互
嚙合旋轉(zhuǎn),這個殼體的內(nèi)部類似“8”字形,兩個齒輪裝在里面,齒輪的外徑及兩側(cè)與殼體緊密配合。來自于擠出機的物料在吸入口進入兩個齒輪中間,并充滿這一空間,隨著齒的旋轉(zhuǎn)沿殼體運動,zui后在兩齒嚙合時排出。
齒輪泵也叫正排量裝置,即像一個缸筒內(nèi)的活塞,當一個齒進入另一個齒的流體空間時,液體就被機械性地擠排出來。因為液體是不可壓縮的,所以液體和齒就不能在同一時間占據(jù)同一空間,這樣,液體就被排除了。由于齒的不斷嚙合,這一現(xiàn)象就連續(xù)在發(fā)生,因而也就在泵的出口提供了一個連續(xù)排除量,泵每轉(zhuǎn)一轉(zhuǎn),排出的量是一樣的。隨著驅(qū)動軸的不間斷地旋轉(zhuǎn),泵也就不間斷地排出流體。泵的流量直接與泵的轉(zhuǎn)速有關(guān)。
液壓站又稱液壓泵站,是獨立的液壓裝置,它按驅(qū)動裝置(主機)要求供油,并控制油流的方 向、壓力和流量,它適用于主機與液壓裝置可分離的各種液壓機械下。 用戶購買后只要將液壓站與 主機上的執(zhí)行機構(gòu)(油缸和油馬達)用油管相連,液壓機械即可實現(xiàn)各種規(guī)定的動作、工作循環(huán)。
液壓站[The hydraulic pressure stands ]液壓站是由液壓泵、驅(qū)動用電動機、油箱、溢流閥等構(gòu)成的液壓源裝置或包括控制閥在內(nèi)的液壓裝置。按驅(qū)動裝置要求的流向、壓力和流量供油,適用于驅(qū)動裝置與液壓站分離的各種機械上,將液壓站與驅(qū)動裝置(油缸或馬達)用油管相連,液壓系統(tǒng)既可實現(xiàn)各種規(guī)定的動作。工作原理:電機帶動油泵工作提供壓力源,通過集成塊、液壓閥等對驅(qū)動裝置(油缸或馬達)進行方向、壓力、流量的調(diào)節(jié)和控制,實現(xiàn)各種規(guī)定動作。

REXRTOH氣缸,力士樂單作用氣缸兩個的區(qū)別就是一個帶彈簧,一個不帶彈簧。圖里面的有兩個氣體管路,下面是動作原理:

J( r壓縮空氣從氣口(B)進入氣缸兩活塞(C)之間中腔時,使兩活塞分離向氣缸兩端方向移動,迫使兩端的彈簧壓縮,兩端氣腔的空氣通過氣口(A)排出,同時使兩活塞(C)的齒條同步帶動輸出軸(D)(齒輪)逆時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)90度。在壓縮空經(jīng)過電磁閥換向后,氣缸的兩活塞在彈簧的彈力下向中間方向移動,中間氣腔的空氣從氣口(B)排出,同時使兩活塞(C)的齒條同步帶動輸出軸(D)(齒輪)順時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)90度。可以從兩端調(diào)整微量角度,松動螺母(E)用內(nèi)六角扳手擰動調(diào)節(jié)螺栓(F)調(diào)整所需角度, 鎖緊螺母(E)。

力士樂柱塞泵根據(jù)傾斜元件的不同,有斜盤式和斜軸式兩種。斜盤式是斜盤相對回轉(zhuǎn)的缸體有一傾斜角度,而引起柱塞在泵缸中往復(fù)運動。傳動軸軸線和缸體軸線是*的。這種結(jié)構(gòu)較簡單,轉(zhuǎn)速較高
,但工作條件要求高,柱塞端部與斜盤的接觸部往往是薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。斜軸式的斜盤軸線與傳動軸軸線是*的。它是由于柱塞缸體相對傳動軸傾斜一角度而使柱塞作往復(fù)運動。流量調(diào)節(jié)依靠擺動柱塞缸體
的角度來實現(xiàn),故有的又稱擺缸式。它與斜盤式相比,工作可靠,流量大,但結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜。
軸向柱塞泵與徑向柱塞泵比較,排出壓力高,它一般可在20~50MPa范圍內(nèi)工作,效率也高,徑向尺寸小、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、體積小、重量輕。但結(jié)構(gòu)較徑向柱塞泵復(fù)雜,加工制造要求高,價格較貴。
軸向柱塞泵一般用于機床、冶金、鍛壓、礦山及起重機械的液壓傳動系統(tǒng)中,特別廣泛地應(yīng)用于大功率的液壓傳動系統(tǒng)中。為了提高效率,在應(yīng)軸向柱塞泵一般都由缸體、配油盤、柱塞和斜盤等主要零
件組成。缸體內(nèi)有多個柱塞,柱塞是軸向排列的,即柱塞的中心線平行于傳動軸的軸線,因此稱它為軸向柱塞泵。但它又不同于往復(fù)式柱塞泵,因為它的柱塞不僅在泵缸內(nèi)做往復(fù)運動,而且柱塞和泵缸
與斜盤相對有旋轉(zhuǎn)運動。柱塞以一球形端頭與斜盤接觸。在配油盤上有高低壓月形溝槽,它們彼此由隔墻隔開,保證一定的密封性,它們分別與泵的進油口和出油口連通。斜盤的軸線與缸體軸線之間有
