本機主體使用SUS304不銹鋼制作。
投料：在鍋體側(cè)面設有投料口，避免了在投料時鍋內(nèi)液料迸濺，更安全方便。
攪拌：變頻調(diào)速，刮板*，采用公轉(zhuǎn)加自轉(zhuǎn)的方式，混料更均勻，刮鍋更*，可有效控制某些物料糊鍋的問題。
出料：采用鍋體側(cè)翻式，翻轉(zhuǎn)角度可達近90°，出料方便。
控制方式：全自動燃氣攪拌炒鍋（PLC控制）采用PLC程序電控技術，攪拌速度、時間、炒制溫度、鍋體翻動、刮板升降均可按設定工序自動操作，觸摸屏顯示工作界面。
安全環(huán)保措施：設有煙道集中向室外排煙、環(huán)保衛(wèi)生；爐體部附有保溫層，即減少能源損失又避免人員燙傷，安全節(jié)能；設有火焰監(jiān)控視頻，可以很好的監(jiān)測火焰的大小。
自動點火，風機助燃，升溫快，溫度高，火焰大小可自動調(diào)整。
