【產品簡介】：衛(wèi)生級三通外螺紋球閥在衛(wèi)生級管道起切換或換向作用，閥體內外采用電離子拋光確保介質無殘留在閥體內以達到高衛(wèi)生標準，該衛(wèi)生級三通外螺紋球閥可配制電動或氣動執(zhí)行器，以達自動化啟閉作用。

L型流道的三通4面閥座球閥，采用2面閥座，受力平衡，保證閉止通道上可靠密封。主要用于流路的換向。
T型流道的三通4面閥座球閥，采用4面閥座，受力平衡，保證閉止通道上可靠密封。主要用于分流、混流、換向以及三通道的*開放。

衛(wèi)生級三通外螺紋球閥【產品使用說明】：
1◆球閥前后管線已準備好。前后管道應同軸，兩法蘭密封面應平行。管道應能承受球閥的重量，否則管道上必須配有適當?shù)闹巍?/div>
2◆把閥前后管線吹掃干凈，清除掉管道內的油污、焊渣和一切其它雜質。
3◆核對球閥的標志，查明球閥完好無損。將閥全開全閉數(shù)次證實其工作正常。
4◆拆去球閥兩端連接上的保護件。
5◆檢查閥孔清除可能有的污物，然后清洗閥孔。閥座與球之間即使僅有微小顆粒的異物也可能會損傷閥座密封面。
6◆把閥裝上管線。閥的任何一端都可裝在上游端。用手柄驅動的閥可安裝在管道上的任意位置。但帶有齒輪箱或氣動驅動器的球閥應直立安裝，即安裝在水平管道上，且驅動裝置處于管道上方。
7◆閥法蘭與管線法蘭間按管路設計要求裝上密封墊。
8◆法蘭上的螺栓需對稱、逐次、均勻擰緊。
9◆連接氣動管線（采用氣動驅動器時）。
10◆操作驅動器啟、閉球閥數(shù)次，應靈活無滯澀，證實其工作正常。
11◆按管路設計要求對管道與球閥間的法蘭結合面進行密封性能檢查。
【 product use 】 :

5 pieces to check the valve hole clearance may have dirt, and then clean the valve hole. Even if only small particles of foreign bodies between the seat and the ball may also damage the seat sealing surface.
6 pieces put valve on the pipeline. Any end of the valve can be installed at the upstream end. Handle drives the valve can be installed on the pipeline at any position. But with a gear box or pneumatic actuator ball valve shall be installed upright, is installed in a horizontal pipe, and drive in the pipe above.
7 pieces between the valve flange and pipe flange gaskets fitted according to the requirements of pipeline design.
8 mixer flange bolts need to be symmetrical, successive, evenly tighten.
9 pieces connect pneumatic pipe when using the pneumatic drive （）.
10 pieces actuator ball valve opening and closing operation several times, should be no sluggish acerbity, confirmed that they work.
11 pieces according to the requirements of pipeline design and ball valve between the flange joint surface of the pipes to seal performance tests.
