活性炭過濾器
本設備使用于飲用水的凈化處理。能去除清水中異色、異味和汞、鉛、鋅、鐵、錳、銘等金屬物質(zhì)。去除氫化物、硫化物、余氯等高分子有機化合物,是生活飲水、食品、飲料、制藥、化學等行業(yè)凈化水的理想設備。
鈉離子交換器
是用于降低水中的硬度,生水由下而上通過交換器進行軟化,水中含有的鎂、鈣、陽離子互相交換;生水被軟化成為極少的鈣、鎂、鹽類的水(稱為軟水),可用于鍋爐給水及一些工業(yè)用水。由于鈉離子在水中有很大的溶解性,不會在鍋爐內(nèi)結(jié)成硬垢,并且容易排除,進入鈉離子交換器的水,應經(jīng)澄清過濾處理,基本上不含有懸浮物。經(jīng)交換器軟化后,其剩余硬度不超過0.03毫克當量/升。
CL型中空仟維過濾器
本設備是高分子材料采用特殊工藝制成的不對稱頭透膜,在壓力作用下,原液在膜內(nèi)或膜外流動,其中的高分子物質(zhì),以及膠體粒子則被阻止在膜面,被循環(huán)流動的原液帶走而成為濃縮液,從而達到物質(zhì)的分離、濃縮和提純的目的。

SODIUM ION EXCHANGER
The equipment is for reducing the hardness of raw water. Raw water to be de-mineralized goes through the exchanger from bottom to up. The positive ions of magnesium and calcium and calcium are exchanged with sodium. Then the raw water becomes soft water containing very few ions of magnesium. The de-mineralized water can be used for boiler and some other industries. Due to the high dissolving ability of sodium ion in water, scale can hardly be formed in the boiler and can be easily removed. Water shall be filtered and clarified before coming into the exchanger. After being de-mineralized in the device, the water hardness will be less than 0.03 ppm.
MODEL HOLLOW FIBER FILTER
This equipment is asymmetric semi-permeable membranes made by macro molecule material through special technology. The raw liquid flows under pressure inside or outside the membrane, the macromolecule substance and colloid particles in the raw liquid are blocked at the surface and brought away by the circulating raw liquid and become concentrated liquid.
